You Do Not Have to Chase What Is Meant to Find You

You Do Not Have to Chase What Is Meant to Find You

There is a version of love many of us were taught to pursue.

To work for it, to earn it, to become the kind of person who deserves it. We learned to shrink ourselves to fit what someone else needed. We learned to wait and hope and adjust and try harder. We learned to treat love like a job that required constant application, and we were never quite sure if we had done enough.

But love does not work like a job.

The deepest, most lasting love in your life will not require you to disappear inside of it. It will not ask you to become someone else to be received. It will not feel like a performance you have to sustain. It will feel like recognition. Like coming home. Like someone meeting the part of you that was already whole and choosing it, not in spite of its fullness but because of it.

You do not have to chase that. What is meant to find you is looking for the real version of you, not the version you constructed to be wanted. The more you know yourself, the more at home you are in yourself, the easier it becomes for everything meant for you to arrive. That is not passivity. That is alignment.

Love finds you when you stop running away from yourself to find it.

Love Finds Me is live on YouTube at the I AM Label channel. Let the words open the door.
